About the Role:
We are looking for an engaged and commercially strong Key Account Manager to join our team and help driving success with a new strategically important client. You will be part of a small, collaborative team within our commercial department, where trust, teamwork, and high professional standards are at the core of everything we do.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in developing and managing the relationship with one of our largest and most important new clients. While taking a leading role in coordinating effort across projects, this will be a joint team responsibility, and you will work closely with colleagues to ensure we deliver exceptional value and service. Together with the team, you will position Auditdata as the client’s preferred partner through close collaboration, co-created solutions, and cross-functional projects.
This role requires both operational focus and the ability to think long-term and strategically.
What you will do:
Collaborate with your team to build a strong, multi-level relationship with the clients
Identify growth opportunities and take part in developing new business initiatives across our product portfolio
Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients
Coordinate internal resources and contribute to an effective project management
Support budget delivery and provide sales forecasts to the Chief Commercial Officer
Key Skills and Qualifications:
You have 5+ years experience in account management, client services, B2B sales or a related role
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in using CRM software as Salesforce, or other relevant tools
Knowledge of sales data analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Fluent in English
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
